Worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to !!! This place should be shut down !!!
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin’ location. I placed a mobile order for an iced Americano well in advance, and when I arrived, there were three staff members on duty, including the store manager—and absolutely no other customers in line.
I politely approached the manager to ask if she could check on my mobile order. Her response was shockingly rude and dismissive. She said, “I can’t hear you,” without making any eye contact, showing zero effort to listen or help, and completely ignoring basic courtesy. Her tone and body language made it clear she had no interest in assisting me. I had to ask another staff member for help instead, and thankfully, this young woman was kind, respectful, and professional. She immediately helped me and made sure my drink was prepared. I truly appreciated her attitude, it was everything the manager lacked.
Frankly, I’m stunned that someone with such poor customer service skills is in a managerial role. She is not only unqualified for the position but is damaging the reputation of the Dunkin’ brand. I will not return to this location and strongly advise others to avoid it if you expect even basic respect as a customer.

The service is too slow
there are a lot of people in line and the people working there dont care about the line.
They said they dont have something i asked but it was displayed right there.
Not worth the price for the meager items you receive. Very disappointed at this location. Severely unhappy 🙁.

No service, not even say hello.
It takes forever to get my order. I happened to open the lid to see inside of my coffee and I saw the big chunky stuffs like cocoa powder. I am sure that is not the first time. The owner should train employees well so they are able to provide services properly. I am also employed in company and I do understand that working in company as employee is not easy. But you get paid for that. My expectation is low and I just need a basic service.
This location has been going downhill over the years. I ordered a cold brew with foam but I said I wanted foam later in the order and I get charged MORE for the cold foam when it’s supposed to be included in the price??? The person behind the register said I didn’t say “cold brew with foam” as the reason. What a joke!
I stopped by needing just a Box of Joe and two dozen donuts, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. Despite there being three staff members behind the counter and no other customers, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. After waiting for a bit with no help, I decided to take my business to another Dunkin’.

Horrible manager!! A brown lady with a nose piercing. Always yelling at her employees condescendingly and just seems like a bad management overall at this place.
