No service, not even say hello. It takes forever to get my order. I happened to open the lid to see inside of my coffee and I saw the big chunky stuffs like cocoa powder. I am sure that is not the first time. The owner should train employees well so they are able to provide services properly. I am also employed in company and I do understand that working in company as employee is not easy. But you get paid for that. My expectation is low and I just need a basic service.

This location has been going downhill over the years. I ordered a cold brew with foam but I said I wanted foam later in the order and I get charged MORE for the cold foam when it’s supposed to be included in the price??? The person behind the register said I didn’t say “cold brew with foam” as the reason. What a joke!

I stopped by needing just a Box of Joe and two dozen donuts, but unfortunately, I didn’t have a good experience. Despite there being three staff members behind the counter and no other customers, I wasn’t acknowledged at all. After waiting for a bit with no help, I decided to take my business to another Dunkin’.

Typical dunkin donuts. Gotten shakes and coffee here a couple of times at wee hours (say 5, 6 am) and I am just glad something is open at that time. Can't speak for the other times of the day, but place surely is empty at those hours!
Edit: There is a homeless (?) woman that hangs out right in front of the store asking people for money. She's at that spot semi-regularly. If you give her a look she will appear to start to cuss (curse?) you out with a string of unintelligible sounds. I see her going into the store sometimes. This person really adds to the "charm" of this place, yeah, for sure.

This morning I ordered a wrap at 9:46 and I’m at a shop at 9:55. My order was not ready yet. But I saw there was a few customer in a shop and I saw staffs made walk-in orders first. Everyone got their orders but my order print still be on counter. So I ask a staff named SATU, she pretended she didn’t hear my question and she walked away. I asked again she still ignored me again. Till I thought I will be late at work, so I didn’t get my food. I wanna get my refund and wanna complain a staff named SATU that she wasn’t professional and didn’t have any service mind. I don’t understand why this company still hiring these person. I ordered almost everyday and If I didn’t be hurry why I have to do mobile order is that means I wanna grab my food when I reach a shop. So disappointed!!!!
