There is very little boba, and the tea has a strong flavor, which is still different from the tribute tea in Taiwan... The packaging just meets Snoopy, it is very cute

Cashier was so disrespectful and I ask for ice Pearl milk tea but they served me in less than a min and ice was all melted when I tested it was hot and it tested like it was made hours ago!! Gong Cha was my go to boba place but this location was the worst place I ever been and it wasn’t worth my money!!

Today (03-17-2024) I was at around 11.30 Gong Cha (Queens Center Mall) and there was a female employee playing with her cellphone while she saw a customer wanting to buy, she was playing with her cellphone and when the transaction was finished I waited 5-10 minutes because the tea wasn't ready and didn't say sorry for waiting so long or anything when I bought there were 2 female employees... Please pay more attention to the service

I normally love Gong Cha, but this one was really bad. The boba was not fresh, and the wait was quite long. The milk tea also tasted weird, like they need to clean something or possibly left cleaner in something.

The two waitress were awful, i can't put 0 stars but if i could i'll do it, DON'T GO, they ruin your time and money, nasty service and bad faces
