Need to get rid of paper straws get plastic back it makes no sense when the cup is plastic every other McDonald’s give you the option if you request for plastic, they give you plastic

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and encountered an issue that was disappointing. I ordered a $5 meal using the self-service kiosk, and the kiosk displayed a total of $5.44. I printed the receipt and proceeded to the counter to pay. However, when I reached the register, the employee informed me that the total was $10.89, which did not match the amount shown on the kiosk.

First time going there with my mother, the food was good but the service was terrible, we had this lady helping us supposedly with the new self ordering system and she was very rude, she was mad at the world, we had two questions and she answered them with bad attitude, so bad I had to talk to the Supervisor, y also witnessed how rude she was with an old man buying a cup of hot water. Please people, don't allow yourselves to be treated this way. My mom and I went there excited because it was our first time and that excitement was killed immediately with that woman's attitude.

Worst service ever after I placed my order I had to wait an hour and a half I tried to get someone to help me but everybody just walked past yes I know it’s pretty busy but I tried for an hour and I did it politely after I finally got someone they just nodded and just walked away and did nothing I called three people only the last one finally got my order

How hard is it to follow order notes? Ordered 2 sausage biscuit and 1 steak biscuit, ended up getting bacon egg cheese biscuit and 2 sausage egg cheese mcgriddles. You have better odds with the lottery than with this particular mcdonalds. Definitely not ordering this particular location again, the workers clearly don't know what they're doing.

Customer service used to be good, however lately the wait times are excessive, back ordered, lots of people waiting. No soda available. Wrong lids for drink cups and no plastic bags available for drinks. Employees seem disinterested.
This restaurant is very poor quality, the people working in that restaurant treat the customers badly, especially the food delivery boys badly.
