I feel dissatisfied, I could not see the vegetables the lady was putting in my sandwich, they have a silver cover that blocks the vegetables. For as long as I could remember I was able to see all of the options that I had. I told the lady how I felt and she did not seem to care.
I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews so it pains me to do so. First thing's first, I ordered six foot-long sandwiches. They gave me a ripped paper bag to carry 6 sandwiches, and even after I asked them to replace it, they said to carry it from the bottom; they were unwilling to give me a new bag.
Second, I specifically ordered a foot-long Homestyle chicken salad sub (menu item #42) from their site. When I got my order, I got it as a wrap. I went up to them and told them about this issue. They insisted that's how all the Subways franchise makes it; they don't make it in a foot-long sandwich. I was in a hurry and didn't hop on the Subway app to confirm this. Once I got home, I confirmed that Subway indeed do make foot-long homestyle chicken salad sub. They could have told me to switch it to another type of bread if they could only do it in a wrap (I am not a fan of wraps). Needless to say, I got scammed there.
Third, I ordered a turkey and ham sub. As you can see in the picture, they included one slice of turkey, and one slice of ham. I'm sure Subway did not train their employees to only do two slices of meat in their sandwiches.
Overall, I don't recommend ordering here. I also will be reflecting all these issues to the Subway organization in their customer service page. Hopefully they will improve and fix the issue mentioned. I would love to fix my comments if this Subway location improves and work on their issues.

Horrible service. Placed my order. Waited for an hour. App kept showing they are preparing my order. Then was told my order was cancelled. Called to ask what is going on. All I got was i don’t know. Call your doordash driver to cancel the order. What does DoorDash have to do with you cancelling my order? Waited for an hour and no food. Nice..

Did order pickup today & they hadn’t even started on my order by the time I got there. Cheese was missing from my sub & I was given the wrong flavor cookie. The order is on the receipt so how do you mess that up??? It was a younger employee. He must be new cause he has no idea what he’s doing. Awful experience

Stay Away!! Worst Subway Ever! ?Zero Stars! Ordered twice. Employees ignore requests when u call and hang up on you. Sandwich made sloppy & wrong. Terrible service. Terrible. They HATE their customers. Very rude!

I pressed no tip in the system since I only ordered a soda, chips and cookies to go. the old guy screamed "Thanks, you're the best!" on my way out lol. why the heck would he expect a tip for that?! he didn't make a sandwich! this tipping culture is out of control!
Open 24 hours is the best part: Food is typical, service is good.

On Mar 27 2024, this man attempted to defraud me of a few dollars. I ordered a 6" sub and declared its full name when I did. The cost of this sub was $7.XX incl. tax.When my order was finished, this howling man proceeded to attempt to charge me $9.XX. He than stated that he/his staff instead made me a sub they called "99", either a menu or jersey number, which I did not ask for, which costs more.The man began making up rules and demands for how we wants his menu items to be addressed. For example, he stated in addition to me declaring the name of the item (which I did) I would also have to point at the menu board it is on. This was not disclosed by anyone once I started making my order, and also, even had I done this, he would have just tried to scam me a different way. All the rules he stated are not consistent with common sense, honest business practices, or respecting another's boundaries.He then gave up and said he wasn't going to argue with me, and refused me service since he wasn't able to scam me.

Terrible. I placed an order via grub hub last night and asked for double meat and of course they swindled it. Missing toppings, incorrect toppings as well. It was more of a lettuce sandwich than anything else. Will never order form this place again.
