The sandwiches are great and more than anything they have amazing customer support. I made a mistake when ordering one time online and ordered from this subway when I was over an hour away I came back in two days and they were able to provide me with the food I initially ordered that I never picked up, the food is always great. They work fast and I appreciate it.

This is the second time that this ‘Subway’sandwich failed me. Last time they put covers on the counter so nobody can see items you want to pick. Now, I saw a lettuce like it’s been there yesterday, not so fresh! And the lady said, “There are not old.” Yeah, whatever. I hope next year there would be a change policy. I still appreciate that they took out the “shield” on the counter. Sorry subway fan. I’m just posting what I experienced.

I needed lunch for the day so I placed an through doordash and i got a tuna melt footlong. When i got there to pick it up at around 4:00pm they made me wait the line even though i told them I got a pick up order. The sandwich itself was garbage, I ordered extra veggies and sweet teriyaki sauce and it had random white sauce and was cold. I specifically put on the instructions to toast it but it was cold and tasted like a rock. The cashier was an Indian lady who was very rude.

I just ordered from Uber Eats, and honestly this is the WORST Subway experience I’ve ever had. The bread was hard like a rock, the whole sandwich was completely smashed, and everything inside was a total mess. The food quality was absolutely terrible — it felt like no one cared at all. I paid for a fresh sandwich, not this disaster. This is unacceptable. Fix your quality, because this is embarrassing for a store like Subway.

No Star for this horrible place. I went to order a veggie patty sandwich. They did not have any patty. They said they only have veggie delight. So I ordered that. They just slapped some old looking veggies on a piece of bread with 2 small pieces of cheese and squirted some sauce and called it veggie delight. It looks like something out of the garbage can, not even a dog would eat. The worst thing is it cost $9 and they have the nerve to ask me if I want to leave any tips. Most horrible lunch I've ever had.

I feel dissatisfied, I could not see the vegetables the lady was putting in my sandwich, they have a silver cover that blocks the vegetables. For as long as I could remember I was able to see all of the options that I had. I told the lady how I felt and she did not seem to care.

I'm not a fan of writing bad reviews so it pains me to do so. First thing's first, I ordered six foot-long sandwiches. They gave me a ripped paper bag to carry 6 sandwiches, and even after I asked them to replace it, they said to carry it from the bottom; they were unwilling to give me a new bag.

Second, I specifically ordered a foot-long Homestyle chicken salad sub (menu item #42) from their site. When I got my order, I got it as a wrap. I went up to them and told them about this issue. They insisted that's how all the Subways franchise makes it; they don't make it in a foot-long sandwich. I was in a hurry and didn't hop on the Subway app to confirm this. Once I got home, I confirmed that Subway indeed do make foot-long homestyle chicken salad sub. They could have told me to switch it to another type of bread if they could only do it in a wrap (I am not a fan of wraps). Needless to say, I got scammed there.

Third, I ordered a turkey and ham sub. As you can see in the picture, they included one slice of turkey, and one slice of ham. I'm sure Subway did not train their employees to only do two slices of meat in their sandwiches.

Overall, I don't recommend ordering here. I also will be reflecting all these issues to the Subway organization in their customer service page. Hopefully they will improve and fix the issue mentioned. I would love to fix my comments if this Subway location improves and work on their issues.

Horrible service. Placed my order. Waited for an hour. App kept showing they are preparing my order. Then was told my order was cancelled. Called to ask what is going on. All I got was i don’t know. Call your doordash driver to cancel the order. What does DoorDash have to do with you cancelling my order? Waited for an hour and no food. Nice..

Did order pickup today & they hadn’t even started on my order by the time I got there. Cheese was missing from my sub & I was given the wrong flavor cookie. The order is on the receipt so how do you mess that up??? It was a younger employee. He must be new cause he has no idea what he’s doing. Awful experience

Stay Away!! Worst Subway Ever! ?Zero Stars! Ordered twice. Employees ignore requests when u call and hang up on you. Sandwich made sloppy & wrong. Terrible service. Terrible. They HATE their customers. Very rude!
