I pressed no tip in the system since I only ordered a soda, chips and cookies to go. the old guy screamed "Thanks, you're the best!" on my way out lol. why the heck would he expect a tip for that?! he didn't make a sandwich! this tipping culture is out of control!

On Mar 27 2024, this man attempted to defraud me of a few dollars. I ordered a 6" sub and declared its full name when I did. The cost of this sub was $7.XX incl. tax.When my order was finished, this howling man proceeded to attempt to charge me $9.XX. He than stated that he/his staff instead made me a sub they called "99", either a menu or jersey number, which I did not ask for, which costs more.The man began making up rules and demands for how we wants his menu items to be addressed. For example, he stated in addition to me declaring the name of the item (which I did) I would also have to point at the menu board it is on. This was not disclosed by anyone once I started making my order, and also, even had I done this, he would have just tried to scam me a different way. All the rules he stated are not consistent with common sense, honest business practices, or respecting another's boundaries.He then gave up and said he wasn't going to argue with me, and refused me service since he wasn't able to scam me.

Terrible. I placed an order via grub hub last night and asked for double meat and of course they swindled it. Missing toppings, incorrect toppings as well. It was more of a lettuce sandwich than anything else. Will never order form this place again.

Disappointing Subways franchise to say the least! I hadn't been to Subway in years. I was craving a tuna sandwich and decided to give my local franchise a shot. I literally just wanted tuna and hot peppers. The guy puts two tiny scoops. And I mean TINY scoops of tuna fish on the bread and starts spreading it into a paper thin layer. It's so thin that you can still see most of the bare bread where tuna should be. The guy asks what else I want in it. I'm like "well I asked for a tuna sandwich. I'd like tuna on it. Is that all you're going to put on the sandwich (people, it was literally a bread sandwich with a tuna shmear). He is like yes that's all. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a joke but sadly it was not. I thought to myself. Oh, how the mighty franchises of my youth have fallen. I told him I did not want that because it had nothing inside and he didn't seem bothered AT ALL. he couldn't have cared less to have lost a customer. Well, this has turned me off to Subway forever. I'll stick with 711 tuna sandwiches or ones I can make at home. Much better and cheaper!
