I have been going to this location for quite some time. The food and drinks have been good but the service was always inconsistent. Recently there seems to have been a change and the staff is much friendlier and more welcoming. I would recommend this bakery when in Elmhurst!

This bakery is amazing. The staff is really friendly, and the prices are reasonable. The store is neat and clean. Everyone here is fantastic, especially Mrs. Bella, who provides excellent customer service. She's always smiling and attentive to the clients.

The lady server was very rude. They made a mistake making my ordered drink and i can see how her face turn like it was even my fault they didn’t even say sorry when i was the one walked 3 blocks away just to return the drink.

It is a bakery but the drinks are better than the pastries. Half of the pastries literally taste the same. Their sandwiches are just bad... I am only coming back for their tiramisu drinks!! I prefer coming here in the evening than morning on weekdays because the staffs are more friendly and they make the drinks better?? and faster. I don’t know why a big store like this don’t have card tips. Not everybody carry cash with them all the time.
He sells sandwiches and they sell them cold. I asked him the favor of heating them and they didn’t want to change the product. Rude in box

This is my regular stop. I drink iced coffee from them almost every week. But they changed the oat milk brand. They used to have really good brand of oat milk and it made the coffee taste really good, but now they use planet oat milk which makes the coffee completely different taste and it’s not good at all. They should have also informed the customer before taking orders that they changed the brand.

I have visited TLJ a lot of times and it never disappoints. The twist donut is my favorite but I have also tried the egg tart, the raisin bread loaf, and the chocolate cream donut — they are all baked to perfection.
My husband and I enjoy hanging out here — and the one on Northern Blvd — to pass the time on weekends or when we fancy a quick bite. The only downside to this Elmhurst branch is it gets crowded and you might not get a seat. But if you don’t mind waiting for a bit, it’s worth it.
