I will not return to this place. The staff was extremely rude and acted like we were inconveniencing them by being there. Their schedule said they close at 6. It was 4:45 and they turned off all the lights in the place except for the back where they make sandwiches and were basically trying to usher us out of the restaurant. Our sandwiches were also so tiny.

I had placed an order online, went to the pickup rack and the lady behind the counter basically slapped my hand away and said, "I need your name." So I said "pardon me, maybe you should put a sign up stating that." She continues to berate me about it being common sense, so I left with my food without responding. But this employee response is inconsistent, as the last time I was there to pick up an order a different lovely lady said "yeah go ahead, you're name should be right on it."
Let alone plenty of places just have racks for pickup from online orders with no staff check ins of any kind. So I am left to assume this woman had preconceived ideas about how I looked.
Which is pretty shameful considering the business is supported by AIM Independent living center, an organization that supports those with disabilities. I would recommend some broad evaluation on consistency, as well as staff refresher training on customer service and awareness of biases and stereotypes. I dress casually, but have worked for many years in human services so I know the philosophy, which includes treating people respectfully regardless of anything else.

Literally the BEST B.L.T. I've ever had. To truly get the Matt Special, you have to order double the bacon and make it super crispy. I want it to stand up on its own, which they happily obliged. So so so so good.

First time in this establishment. Had a reuben panini sandwich that was prepared great and tasted like a true reuben should! Ended with a red velvet cookie that was awesome! Service was awesome too.
Ordered salads for take out tonight!They were probably some of the best salads I’ve ever had! All the veggies were super fresh and the chicken in the Caesar salad was delicious! 3 large salads for under $25 and that fed 6 of us with some leftover!! Amazing!
