“This is the best breakfast restaurant in Elmira hands down. I travel up from New York City every few months for work, staying for around two weeks at at time. I will eat every day at Anne's. Besides the food being absolutely incredible and wonderfully priced, the service is exquisite. Desiree, Lisa, and Amy are a magnificent and first rate team there. If they have a food truck, nearly all of the food trucks they just here are top notch.My favorite part is how frequently the beers rotate. Nothing stays on tap forever but all the fan favorites eventually come back on the menu! Upstate is easily the best brewery in the entire Southern Tier.Tip: if you see some nice merchandise in your size, don’t delay and buy it ASAP because it will not stay in stock!”

“Food was good, albeit expensive. Since everything is alacarte, the prices seem to add up to more. The fries, being from fresh cut potatoes are really good and it's a generous portion. Price is the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars.”

“My first time at libs was in 1982. Been going ever since. Always fresh and fabulous. The food is delicious especially my favorite the Gorgonzola chicken or filet with scampi. The best house Italian salad on the planet. Order the cheesy garlic bread!”

The only thing I didn't care about was the crab cakes, they were more breading than crab and a little on the soggy side.Parking: It's a small lot that shares with a mattress store.”

“Came here for my one year anniversary with my girlfriend. Had a wonderful experience, with plenty of excellent dishes, including the bacon wrapped scallops, crab rangoon, stir fry with beef tips, and a good Delmonico steak. All courses were good, though my girlfriend did think the French Onion soup was a little on the weaker side. Dinner was rounded off with some excellent dessert, a cheesecake slice with caramel sauce, and peanut butter pie. Highly recommend, the restaurant has an intimate ambiance with small seating area. Parking is on the street only, and with limited seating a reservation is recommended on the weekend.Kid-friendliness: Draw on paper table coverings.”
