Perhaps the best brunch with a real cocktail selection that I've found in the Elmira/Binghamton area. Great vibe, crowded but friendly, modern but classic, I'd go back...
Generally Rye is great, bottomless mamosas, shakshuka, brunch burger are all delicious. Unfortunately, I've had a few experiences, particularly with the smoked salmon Benedict and slow service that I can't give Rye 5 stars.I wish I could because it has a great menu and liquor selection but I just feel they could use 1 more wait staff.
