The manager, John Lynch is very personable. On the weekends we make visits to Panera and he is very gracious and happy to see us. The facility is always clean and welcoming. We have been to other Panera locations but nothing compares to the tight ship John Lynch runs and does it in a matter that he is respected by his employees. Panera is fortunate to have him.
Always fresh and excellent food. Service is spectacular!
We got rang up wrong at the register and didn’t notice till we received our food (ordered a plain Caesar salad stuffer and got a chicken Caesar salad). The manager John went above and beyond to find more bread as they ran out after making the sandwich wrong twice. He also gave us a free pick 2 for a future purchase for the inconvenience.
