He happened to hear us discussing a discrepancy from what we ordered to what we received and he immediately came right over and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. Free of charge. It’s obvious he genuinely strives to serve the customer. Two thumbs up!

Salad was mediocre. Avocado bruised, but worse, the bread was terrible. Not the workers’ fault. It’s clear Panera is cutting corners on quality while still charging high prices. Disappointing.

Tables needed cleaning up and we had to get someone to do this. Food excellent as always and people working were very nice . It was just a little disappointing to have to find someone to clean up a spot so that we could sit down for our lunch.
My sandwich did not live up to its usual quality. My husband felt the same about his. Usually the food is quite good.

Panera has lost it. Gone are the days of a hearty homemade lunch brought to your table. Be ready for a self serve kiosk, reduced servings, double prices, and fetching your own food. The number and types of pastries are reduced. Then they have the nerve to ask for a tip both at the counter and at the kiosk. Oh, and my table was dirty.
