Two nights ago I had a problem with my order when I went through the drive-through (I was missing something). I stopped back tonight and told them that I was missing my mac & cheese. The woman named Hope gave me more than just what I was missing. She gave me a whole meal and was profusely apologizing..I was so impressed with her level of commitment to good customer service that I asked if there was a place I could leave them a good review.I’ve always loved Popeyes food but...read full review

Good is good just very pricey.Workers very niceAnd for the price you pay you would think they would have plates to spilt the family pack to everyone so you don't have to eat on the table.

Service was kind of bad. I asked the lady to change the mashed potatoes and gravy to a fri and she just stared at me for a second. I received my food (I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and a 2 piece chicken both with fries) I only received the sandwich and the 2 piece meal, idk if they just put all the fries together in the box but I only received one fri and they were soggy. I love going here and this was really disappointing I went on a Sunday at 11:30am
