My Stepmother Carol & I both had a $5 combo meal. 3 chicken strips, fries, & soda. Well worth the money.
We haven’t been at Wendy’s on Consumer Sq., Big Flats, NY, in a while. But, today, 8/23/26, we decided to stop in. The food was ok. But, when I went back to the restroom, that was very disgusting and unhealthy for anyone to use!! We won’t be back there again.
We've visited this Wendy's location on several different occasions - sometimes for a meal, other times just for a quick snack. The service here can sometimes be slow, but it seems that the employees are trying their best. The food has always been good; I can't think of a time that I got anything that was really bad. So, overall it's a decent place to get a bite to eat, it just sometimes takes a bit.

Wendy's is a clean place with good food and a fantastic manager. The staff is friendly and efficient, making customers want to return. They offer ice on hot days and have charging ports available. The food is fresh, and they serve a delicious Frosty. While the staff is mostly friendly and knowledgeable, some find the app difficult to use, which can be frustrating. Despite the app issues, Wendy's remains a popular choice for those looking for a tasty meal in a clean environment with excellent service.
