Friendly, mostly knowledgeable staff. Their app is difficult to use and the staff I've asked about it in almost every case say it's hard to use and don't use it themselves. The free and discounted food offered on the app are a moot point in my opinion. I've been told at least three times to follow the directions etc, start over, and delete the first attempt. I tried that. Then a pop up comes up and says my email is already in use. I only have one email address and I have no intention of creating another just to satisfy this app. Very annoying.

I’m a little irritated with this specific Wendy’s because the last time I was in the drive-thru the person speaking told me to hold on, I didn’t hear that and I just started ordering, the person behind a microphone then proceeded to raise their voice at me telling me they said to wait. I just stopped in today, all I wanted was a burger and a drink, no meal. They charged me for a meal after specifically asking me “just the burger?” I wasn’t given a receipt either so it would’ve just been my word against the workers. They have the easiest job in the world but somehow still mess up more than anybody. Won’t be going there again.

Went through the drive-thru on a Friday evening. There were about 10 cars ahead of me, so I debated on going somewhere else. Decided to wait, and I was happily surprised at how quick and efficiently I was able to get through.

Seriously need to teach your employees customer service. They acted like was an inconvenience that I chose to come to their restaurant. I had a complete wordless interaction with the idiot at the window. Just stared at me with his mouth open. No “hi,” no telling me what the cost was, no nothing. Not wasting my money there again. Pathetic.
