I'm have tried and tried. I have tried Popeyes down south. I have tried this location 3 times thinking maybe just a bad experience....nope. Popeyes chicken possibly is the worst I have ever eaten. The chicken tasted like flour. Do they use seasoning? 2 times I was there I apparently inconvenieced some workers when I ask for food. No thank you Popeyes

I love the popeyes chicken sandwich. Depending on the time of day the staff can either be very friendly or just plain old mean and rude. The lobby is always clean.
I usually always get the two piece chicken with cole slaw and Frozen Mango lemonade, it’s my favorite drink.

Two nights ago I had a problem with my order when I went through the drive-through (I was missing something). I stopped back tonight and told them that I was missing my mac & cheese. The woman named Hope gave me more than just what I was missing. She gave me a whole meal and was profusely apologizing..I was so impressed with her level of commitment to good customer service that I asked if there was a place I could leave them a good review.I’ve always loved Popeyes food but I can tell you that the people that work at this location are exceptional!!!

It was only 6:30 when we arrived and ordered chicken legs however they had none made and told us the wait would be around 16 minutes it took almost 30+ minutes for us to receive our food and we did not appreciate the attitude from our server, just totally unacceptable and we're very disappointed Popeyes.
This location was out of fries for almost a week before today. The french fries are what my wife and kids wanted the most from here so we waited till today to actually order. The chicken on one of the sandwiches wasn’t cooked all the way through and the other two sandwiches had raw batter still. Fries were cold and the soda seems watered down. I’m not a big complainer but when you spend $50 and this is the product you receive it becomes frustrating.
