Went in and waited several minutes to be acknowledged even though I was the only one in the restaurant. Finally got to order. Asked for a jamocha shake at which point the entire crew stood around looking at the machine. After a couple more minutes I walked out and went to the nearby Wendy's. That Arby's just lost my business.

I leave this review only to be helpful to people who don't know the area. Don't go here, it's not worth it. The waits are long, food isn't good. Unless you are desperate for Arby's, it's not worth it. I waited 15 minutes for fries and sauce, fries weren't hot and sauces had layers of crust on the outsides. This isn't an out of the ordinary experience, it's how it always is.

This location is TERRIBLE. Two days in a row this week I’ve waited in the drive thru line for over 15 mins when there was only ONE car ahead of me. As you pull up to the order speaker, you are told to wait and then you should expect 8-10 mins of waiting before they talk again. Today I actually got out of my car and checked to verify no one was ahead of me anymore and there was not. I still waited for 6 mins before anyone took my order. Total time before my order was taken was 16 mins. Ridiculous!

The food was delicious we didnt have to wait long after we ordered through the drive through. We drove up to the window paid and we got our drinks and our food in less then a minute. Everything was great.

I got the good burger 2 meals, and the shake is tiny, the fries tasted like fish, and the burger was burnt with wilted lettuce mushy tomatoes and they forgot to put the sauce on the burger. Stick to cold cut meat.
