Very good local spot to have a quick lunch and chat. My wife and I ordered sandwiches and 2 bowls of their special ‘chicken and wild rice’ soup. Absolutely delicious! The service was awesome and the servers were super friendly.

Italian wedding soup was amazing! BLT was great. Loved them both.
Parking: There is limited handicapped parking and a ramp and entrance in the back. While it is on the first floor, it is elevated with steps to a deck with shaded outside seating and an entrance on the front. Ramp looks like it goes to the back side of the deck. Usually street parking nearby.

What a gem! Stopped in for a late lunch. A few customers but not busy. Had the chicken noodle soup and a BLT wrap. The wrap was good and the soup was superb! Angeline (or was it Angelina?) was a kindred spirit. Great sense of humor and great service.

Fantastic place for lunch!Absolutely delicious soup! I ordered a combo - a cup of potato soup and a chicken wrap. And the peanut butter pie was heavenly!? Wonderful service too!?
I keep trying, but I think I'm officially done. The restaurant itself is cute, especially for a light lunch. My food is never good here. I ordered the hot pepper cheese.. it was not hot at all temperature wise, and there was no spice. It seemed like leftover New England clam with cheese mixed in. There were literally chunks of meat in a cheese soup..gross. I ordered an egg salad on sourdough, which was on thick stale white bread, and the onion rings for the table were over fried and inedible. My friend liked his turkey club so I didn't do one star. Idk.. that's the third time I've been disappointed at Barb's.. I think they are overpriced and need better line cooks.

This was a lovely little local spot that we found while on a road trip. It was just what the doctor ordered for a lunch on a cold day.Soup & Sandwich combos for a decent price. I got the creamy potato soup with a Chicken Caesar Salad wrap. My boyfriend got the Ruben sandwich with a side of cole slaw. The ruben was hot in beautiful toasted rye bread, and "good" cold slaw according to my boyfriend that loves Cole slaw. The service was friendly and attentive, and we were in and out in way less than an hour.
