went to this location today for the 1st in months and ordered the brisket whopper jr. meal they charged me $13. but when i got the meal they gave me a regular whopper jr. which usually costs about $6. when i went back to the store they told me they were out of the brisket that goes on the sandwich. so if y'all knew you were out then why'd you sell the sandwich? asked for a refund because that particular sandwich is the only reason i went to bk. they told me id have to contact corporate in which i did the only offered a $20 store credit instead of just giving me my change they over charged me.

This is the worst restaurant. Order a drink and it’s warm no ice. Advertise for a the brisket and they claim sold out but there is not one sign stating they are out of brisket or ice. When you walk in the store is dirty the tables and floor have food crumbs all over. Employees act like they don’t care and act in a rude manner. I will not come to this store ever again.

On Monday, July 21, 2025, I pulled up to Burger King #3308 Drive Thru and placed an order for 1 DBL CHS BURGER and 1 SIG STBRY LM. I asked at the time of ordering the drink why is there no ice. I was to the drink was kept cold. Money was tendered and I went to the second window to get my order. I was given the burger first in a bag and the drink second. It was at that moment, I asked the young lady at the window what is being done to rectify the ice issue. The cup of juice was not cold enough and I was being charged full price. It was at that moment that the same girl who rang up the order came up to the window with an attitude talking to me as if I was her friend or child. During the back-&-forth she told me that she wanted going to refund my drink and then closed the drive thru window. I then parked the car and got out to get my refund. I was denied my refund at the window and when I walked inside I could hear the same female staff member carrying on behind the counter. I stood at the counter requesting again for someone to refund me and all three African American young ladies couldn't do or say anything. As, I scanned the room it was clear that she was the only one who could assist me in this situation and she was not going to do her job. I wasn't going to continue arguing with a person who clearly wasn't fit to be left in charge. It was just a week ago, I read about the McDonald's manager who was killed because of her bad conduct, so I calming went back into my car and called the local police to deal with the matter. See the attached receipts and Burger King needs to do better. This employee didn't know how to refund me back on my card. The two police officers and I watched on while her store manager by phone instructed her on what to do. Sometimes in life we can make the biggest mistake without thinking. This situation could have been worse, but I saw these are young teenagers just trying to make a few dollars. No proper customer service training.

Workers would rather play on their cellphone that take care of guests at the counter ..then when you finally get your order it's burnt so bad I threw it in the trash... will never go to this location again

The food was good only issue I had was I ordered a Whopper and got a Jr instead wasn't charged for the Whopper but still.
Went through the drive-through for a quick order of fries and a burger for my son on the duo deal. Fries we're freshly cooked and the burger was perfect. And the whole process was less than 4 minutes

The food was absolutely terrible. The fries weren’t even cooked and were still dripping with oil. Sandwiches were thrown in the bag and both of them were out of the loose fitting wrappers and sitting in the bag on top of the soggy fries. This is a place that you may want to stay away from.

Consistently wrong and undercooked items. Even the Impossible Whopper is served cold and red in the middle.
My final order included an Impossible Whopper, one of their few vegetarian offerings, and it had a meat patty on it (3 out of the other 4 items on my order were missing or substituted as well).
Since this is a franchise, BK corporate apparently won't do anything about the consistent issues at this location. Eat at your own risk.

I love Burger King. I wish someone would have them build another one in Ithaca NY. I would go there all the time. Instead of once in a while when I go out of town. This particular one was nice and clean. Burgers tasted great.
