I love Burger King. I wish someone would have them build another one in Ithaca NY. I would go there all the time. Instead of once in a while when I go out of town. This particular one was nice and clean. Burgers tasted great.

Worst experience!!!! No ice for the soda. Sods was flat no carbonation. Forgot half the order. Chicken sandwich was ordered plain came out with extra mayo and the other toppings. Onion rings were just nasty. If they would let you give negative stars I would.......

BURGER KING - HORSEHEADS, NY: Drove six miles to this BURGER KING...a long time failing - keep no employees for any amount of time on this SUNDAY 12/8/2024 to find it "CLOSED" - ALL DOORS LOCKED - NOT A SOUL-NOT A SIGN-NOT A CAR- NADA - NOTHING - NOBODY - NO FOOD - NO NOTHING - KAH PUT - An employee TURNOVER 2ND TO NONE!!! CLOSED!!! NO COFFEE - NO FOOD - NO EMPLOYEES - NO NOTHING....thus an earned "REVIEW" of FLUNKIES / FAILURE / THANK YOU BK for the early morning anticipation of some nice warm fresh sandwiches and a hot cup of coffee....I / we think, NO, WE KNOW someone better get off their behinds (doopahs) and start "MINDING THE STORE" or SHUT DOWN!!! Don't know if you have someone new working the grilling and food preparation, but the last four visits we've ordered, the burgers have been great. Not smushed and messy. Just like the pictures as advertised. Great job ? ? Just like I remember BK was when the staff cared. You have a great crew working for you. Keep them and acknowledge their work ethics, and I'll continue to be a good faithful customer. ✨️
