Went there to get there snack box messed up my order found SO much hair in the food on the it was disgusting fry’s and onion rings were very soggy. Do not recommend!!

The employee at drive thru was very pleasant. Actually was only thing best about experience. Was at this bk last Saturday. Ordered fries, (2), 2 double cheeseburger, fish sandwich meal. And Hershey pie. Fries were not fresh and looked like they were scraped off floor. Burgers were so greasy, the paper they were wrapped in were saturated with grease. Fish was cold and not cooked thoroughly. To spend that kind of money, might as well throw out window. This explains why that bk was not busy on Saturday. I'd rather not give any stars.

The woman that took our order had an attitude and then when we got our food, first there was no cheese on the whopper like asked for and then when I tried to eat it, it made me sick. The whopper literally tasted like wet dog. The only thing that was decent was the fries.
Came 11/13 at 10pm rude girl at the window handed us our 2 togo orders. Handed one order said nothing then closed the window aggressively. Realized she didn’t say who’s order it was bc no receipt was on the bag and came back to tell us. Handed second order slammed window and said nothing. Had a mean attitude the whole time. Saying have a good day isn’t hard i promise. I work at bk and can still say that even on bad days. ??

I got 4 sausage egg and cheese croissants and 3 hash browns, the sandwiches were anything but good, and one looked like someone literally took a bite out of it. The hash browns on the other hand well the first batch we got, were cold soggy and there was a hair on them. The second batch tasted like fish filet. I was not satisfied. When going in there to complain about the cold hash and the hair the cashier said that it wasn't her hair and that her hair was put up all day. Look I dont care if it was your hair or not I want new ones and ones that don't taste like fish.

There is no option to give them negative reviews… I could see the manager treating the employees badly and she was rude to me as well. There is no professionalism…the manager was talking in her native language and I could not understand her. Never going back there again…
