Hands down the best burger in Elmira, but the fact that they don’t have pickles is almost a “dill breaker!” ??? (I was told they didn’t serve pickles)

Was gonna order here tonight but to be honest the foods never consistent the wait staff are always rude when we go to pick up our food as if handing us our order and ringing us out has interrupted their “social time” also reading the reviews it seems like the owner really doesn’t like to take responsibility for any of the negative experiences but is quick to praise the good ones which also just kinda explains the poor service for anyone who’s not considered a “regular” food isn’t any better than any of the other bars anyways you’ll get friendlier service and same quality literally anywhere else

We always sit at the bar when we come. We like to play quick draw. I have yet to go in and have a bartender who isn't socializing with someone at the bar and totally ignores everyone else. It's especially frustrating when you miss getting your numbers in because the bartender is talking to a customer about her day at home. I suggest they get a lottery machine like the one at Oryan's so the customers can do their own lottery and maybe a self serve bar then the bartender will have more time to socialize.
Super neat place! The chicken sandwich with coleslaw on it is KILLER and the pretzel bites with beer cheese are super good. The beer cheese is nicer than normal nacho cheese. Mild bone in wings were chrispy on the outside and tender inside, and still had a kick to them. Hamburger steak and the gravy with it was good too! Waitress was super friendly, attentive and speedy. Will absolutely be back for that chicken sandwich again lol!

Every single time I place an order it is always done wrong. I order a wrap without lettuce I get extra lettuce. I order a quesadilla and it's practically burnt. Even if I order in person 9.5 times out of 10 it is not what I asked for. Due to this I won't be returning to this business.
