The last two times when my husband and I dined here the Philly Cheesesteak’s have gotten ridiculously smaller. The small was served on a Hot Dog roll with mostly lettuce which was brown in area . The medium didn’t fare any better with maybe a small smooshed down glob of steak and cold. The girl who took the order looked bored and and disinterested. Will not be going back

They must have changed the steak seasons it wasn't not as good as I've had at the ones in other locations. I asked for lite lettuce I got haf a head of lettuce. Asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. Asked for extra cheese and extra mayo got very little. I do not believe I will eat at Charley's again I used to make a point of finding one on my travels.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Restaurant always looks clean the times I have been in. Staff is friendly. Food is pretty good and gives you another fast food option. Not the best or most authentic cheesesteaks but they are good for a chain restaurant.

Tried the Kentucky Bourbon sandwich today. Delicious. Also had the loaded fries - which are definitely loaded and crisp. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. You can't ask for more!
The old fashioned cheesesteak wit whiz is an awesome addition.

As close a cheese steak to Lenny's I have found. Also a chicken teriyaki that my wife loved at Lenny's and they did away with. We love Cape Coral and Fort Myers Lenny's. Hurc Ian wrecked us for FL for now, but Charley's is only 35 miles! Can do!!! Owner at Lenny's tipped us on Charley's and he is spot on. Great food and staff!!!
