Drive through service.We were stuck in line 24 minutes (we truly clocked the time) on 4/16/2024 on a Tuesday at abt. 7:25 p.m. (sunset).The wait lines were very long last fall even AFTER the grand opening. Improvement is needed for wait time still at 4 months into 2024.

Poor food, service, and atmosphere. I'm not sure if they follow all quality standards here. There were crumbs all over the lid of my drink. It's super slow and the employees aren't too friendly. They seem to be out of something every time I go there. Not to mention the layout of the drive thru and the size of the parking lot it horrible. Not a big fan.

Don't understand why it takes 20+ minutes to make 2 cones and a peanut butter cup "blizzard" (which had an odd taste of cinnamon). The register staff can't handle making simple change, as they can't pay attention to the money handed to them!

Terrible first time experience.They were out of fries! How does a burger joint run out of fries?The lady that brought food out wouldn't let me have the tray so nowhere to set food down but back in the box.
Love me some sweet nectary flavor of DQ ice cream. However this place sucks! Always in line for 10-20 mins. Always waiting for ice cream. It doesnt matter when i go its always a 30 min plus

I love the Dairy Queen brand but expect very long wait time. Order mixups. I went today on a Sunday and the fast food restaurant was of fries. While I haven’t worked in fast food industry, I do know these places can forcast how much business they will have to keep stock. Got wrong drink today. Asked for slushy and got a aoft ice cream. I wast going to wait another half hour for a simple drink. The staff is very friendly. I just feel there is a disconnect with management. When the order is right, the food is amazing
