Two employees here are LOVELY! I wish I caught their names. The owners and the rest are just awful. You won’t be greeted, you won’t be thanked, you won’t be spoken to. Even if you come here almost daily, and I did. But they’ll get your order right! I got sick of the owners and their family being so rude so I support local businesses instead as they own all the Dunkin locations.

I love (this) dunkin donuts there hot Signature lattes are amazing always made perfect to perfection. And there also the cheapest place to buy lattes at all the other dunkin donuts charges more here in elmira. I love there bacon egg and cheese bagels also super delicious stop in and try for yourself I believe you will be highly satisfied!
Parking: There is parking right there in there lot. Or if it gets to busy you can always park right across the street and walk over.

I orderd my usual a sandwich and hash brown's? I went to restroom and when I came out. Some lady was walking in the door with a bag of food. The cashier proceeded to hand me the same bag that was brought from outside. I asked for a new sandwich hash browns and the lady snatched the bag off the counter and walked it back to the kitchen. 15 seconds later they put my food in a different bag and gave me back to me. Went to work threw it away called customer service.Who did absolutely nothing. So if you have an issue with anything at this dunkin' donuts be assured they're not gonna fix it.

This is the best Dunkin Donuts I have ever visited. The owners of this Dunkin should be proud of the young people who work here. They are very courteous and friendly and are always working to keep the shop clean. So glad I discovered this Dunkin!
