Our experience has been crappie, we ask for different sandwich to see what we like best and what we asked for is made wrong . I can eat alot of eggs and when we ask for no egg the continue to put it on the sandwich. Or not toasted, or they even add butter when it wasn't asked. Like today I asked for an English muffin toasted , with just sausage and cheese, nope the put egg on and add butter. Ty

Dunkin is refusing to refund my money unless I drive 65 miles to this location. The food was at least a day old, hard. The coffee was trash. Avoid at all costs. They won't take responsibility for their actions.

I usually don't post negative reviews, But today I was picking up an order for somebody, and as I sat there and waited at least 10 to 15 minutes to pick up the order, I couldn't help notice a lot of issues with the employees. One was wearing sweatpants and a sweatshirt, I'm not sure that's the standard uniform and it didn't look professional. Another employee used what looked like the remains of a bottle of water to add to one of the coffee drinks she was preparing. Another employee was taking her time preparing some of the food for my order. There is no sense of urgency, and I couldn't tell if she was just slow or she didn't care. She was nice so I will give her the benefit of the doubt. After this experience I don't think I'll ever go to a Dunkin' donuts.

I was taking my husband dinner at work so I stop for a coffee. Once I got to my husbands work, I realize the coffee did not have cream and sugar in it, no biggie. Finished my husbands lunch with him and went back to Dunkin go through the drive-through again and the lady says what time were you here? I said I’m not sure my son, kept saying 20 minutes And I told them I know it was longer than that. She said go ahead and pull to the window as I’m approaching the window there’s like three people talking and staring at my vehicle so I get up to the window . They came to the window and said again what time are you here, so I grab my sons cup because it has the time sticker on it. She said it’s been over an hour so I can’t get you a different coffee. It was six minutes shy of being one hour so then I knew I wasn’t dealing with the most intelligence, but told me I could call her manager tomorrow if I had a concern. They were rude and I wanted to be back but I chose to do better and said thank you are all amazing and left. I go to Dunkin every single day and have never encountered anything like this. Your job was to put cream and sugar and you couldn’t get it right and now you are mad at me ?

My mom was just murdered and I just wanted 2 large lattes Not 2 large hot milks. Unfortunately my sister slit her wrists and died this morning becuaee she got thw wrong coffee. I am so disappointed. Its clear the kids are over worked they all look stressed out at dunkin running around sweating all over the wrong food. I feel bad for dunkin employees. DUNKIN DO BETTER. YOUR MAKING THE WORLD A WORSE PLACE. PERIOD.
