I was happily surprise to find this spot on the road. I was dreading a fast food option. They had a few lunch options which were small but adequate. I was a bit annoyed that there isn’t a board with the lunch menu in the dining area - only at the entrance. We had to take a picture and reference it and more annoyed that the waiter didn’t even mention it. He pushed menu item until I told him we were going to order from the lunch menu. The food is always authentic and really good. This may be the best salsa I've ever had! The dining room was a little warm during our visit but the ambience is wonderful. We love this restaurant and will be definitely going back.
The food was good. They brought chips and salsa when we sat down. However, when we asked for more chips, they said it was an extra charge. The service was ok, we had to ask for them to refill our water glasses. Overall, it's not a bad place to eat.
