Word of advice, always open your order and verify it, these folks don't look or care they just hand you something and hope you'll leave. Half the time they won't even verify who you are before handing you a bag, especially in the drive thru DO NOT pull away until you verify your order because it's likely not even yours. Especially especially if it's late at night because they'll dump the dried out stuff stuck in the back all day so they can save the better pieces for tomorrow! Be careful out the everyone, can't even trust KFC anymore.

There was one person in front of me at the drive through. They were there when I got there and they still took 15 actual minutes before I got to the window. They then informed me they were out of the coleslaw I ordered. I substituted for mashed potatoes and french fries. They didn’t give me a single gravy. I expressly mentioned the gravy and they gave me none. If you are going to take forever how about you use that time to be correct.

The employees would rather be someplace else. They're very tired and dismal. I think they need new management or some incentive to work better. It took forever in an empty restaurant to even place an order; and just as long to receive two items on their menu. The food was as advertised. The restaurant is noticeably in need of physical repairs and a thorough cleaning; i.e., filthy ceiling tiles, windows and exterior of food equipment. This place just needs an overhaul, but isn't yet lost.

The restaurant is always dirty and some of the employees don't even wash their hands when preparing the food. Those at the desk continually give customers attitudes when the staff themselves failed to take responsibility for their own jobs and their lack of competence. They never print out receipt of the order for customer to list the items that were ordered. The entire place is a disaster. Grease, trash and stench everywhere. 🤮🤮🤮

I placed an order on January 1st for pickup at 2:00 p.m. So silly us we assumed it would be ready for 2:00 p.m. So my father left early to make sure he was there in time to pick it up for two. When he gets there they tell him it's going to be 5 minutes or so till the chicken is done which he says fine and waits. 30 minutes later they tell him the order is ready. Then they tell him that the order was not actually for crispy but for original recipe. Which is not true as I ordered through the app I know what I purchased and I don't buy original recipe is it always ends up mushy.... I always check the box for crispy, and I always get the crispy every time.
So overall not really happy as it took an extra hour in the end just to get the food and it was still wrong. I'd love to hear back from the store manager on this. Not really acceptable all the way around. Pretty sure nobody wants to start eating their lunch at 3:40 p.m. , am I right?? Management please contact me. If I don't hear back by Friday I will be contacting corporate. I did try calling directly at 4:00 p.m. today but the phone rang and rang and then hung.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place has been notorious for messing up orders but tonight was the last straw. CLEARLY the quality control and management is non-existent because this has happened for YEARS with no improvement. AND THEY EVEN VERIFIED THE ORDER AT THE WINDOW 3 TIMES FROM 3 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS. This is why they are paid the way they are, because people don’t give a damn about their job. Zero communication, zero organization all for some shitty made burritos.

I gave them ones Star because the Pepsi taste good I ordered two breast meal charge me for the extra breast which I knew got home. There was one bro no biscuit. The breast I got tasted like it was made at lunchtime. I was there at 8 PM. It was hard as hell. This has happened three out of four times I’ve been there my order came to $9.17. He asked me if I would round up for charity. I paid $10. I asked him what charity it was going to, and he didn’t even know. will never go back again.
