They were suppose to visit our facility in Elkland PA and hand out ice cream for all 3 shifts, but cancelled due to it being too hot out. I work 3rd shift and it was definitely was cooler, beginning to think they just didn't want to come. At least we have a great BBQ, but ice cream would have been nice. I would NOT recommend this business, unreliable my first impression.
I have continued to work with Kool Treats at our lacrosse events and parties. They have always been accommodating to our schedule (even on short notices) and very reliable. Thank you keeping the ice cream truck so enjoyable.

Drove 4 hours to buy a used ice cream truck. Yes I was late because of traffic but he had sellers remorse and would not even talk to me he just broke the deal. I was driving and you never answer me if you would wait. I even offered you extra money. Text don't lie.
Delivery was made within a few hours after I placed my order and my grandson was thrilled with his boo bouquet. Will order again from them. Great job!!!
