Locally owned family business. It has been a staple in downtown Elmira for more than 100 years. Delicious hot dogs served fresh. They steam their buns and make fries fresh for every order. Chocolate milk goes well with the dogs. You can even order their meat sauce ahead of time for a weekend cookout. I highly recommend it.

Food was ok but its a bit frustrating to go there and find out as you walk in that they ONLY accept cash. Losing business this way. I wont be back because of it. They also only have fries as a side. What kind of hotdog and burger place doesnt have either baked beans, potatoe salad, mac salad or coleslaw? Every other place has options. Atmoshphere was pretty run down. I'd advise you go elswhere. Plenty of hot dog joints around elmira.

Some things are their best in their original, nostalgic setup. This is one. I like the original, simple hot dog venue with the layout of the restaurant and friendly staff. Simple. Effective. I'm glad they're back in business post COVID.

Was in town for a funeral service & and I'm glad to see M&M was open again. IMO, the dogs w/everything are the best in town! My only disappointment was I wanted to purchase a quart of their meat sauce to take home, but one week call ahead to reserve is required.
