Imagine fulfilling orders in the order that they come in. We were sitting there for a literal half hour waiting for 3 items while at least 15+ people came and went with their food. The people in the back were clearly working, but the woman at the counter looked like she was on Quaaludes. Amazing.
I know it's McDonald's and that one shouldn't expect 5-star service, but a half hour? Seriously?
