I used to love panera before the nonsense with Chipotle and the size of the portions. Its hard to believe you can spend $19 on a bowl of soup (that seems watered down) and a steak sandwich with half of a ounce of protein on it. Less meat than a one of those cheap slivers of meat called steakum. They have gone down hill and have caught 0 slack for the price increases and the portion decreases

Had a terrible experience today 11/29/24 2pm Took my family from Canada their 1st time , dine in Our soup was in paper togo cups, (others had the nice bowls) the baguette was hard like a rock!!! When I went up to ask about the baguette, I was told "they are all like that!" Very snotty!!! Bathrooms were filthy with no toilet paper! I always come to this Panera I was so embarrassed by this place today and that I chose there for our lunch! Also, when I picked up our order at the counter they took my receipt, I am going to email, it's got to be on my account!!! Shame on you Panera!!

I like the food. The bread is fresh. Everything tastes and looks good. Other ingredients have always been fresh, too. I am eager to try a salad. I saw a Ceasar salad the last time I was there that looked amazing 👏 The atmosphere is ok but is often kind of messy because of the business flow. I don't mind. It's not gross, crumbs mainly. I typically order through the app for pick up, and then I dine in. I honestly don't interact with the staff a lot. The last time I ordered to eat in, I just grabbed my food off the order pick-up counter (no staff interaction either).
