Their food is absolute garbage compared to literally any other Panera. I dont know if they just dont follow the same recipe or what. Also I had an order which they charged me for but never gave me the food. They have no way of reimbursing me for the order. Absolute terrible customer service.

I wish I could give them a -100. I have NEVER been so disrespected from a place I was spending my money at from the store manager another manager and an employee. Im pretty sure Panera doesn't tolerate this type of behavior and I will be on with corporate first thing Monday morning.

I come here basically every morning in order to start my day with a fresh coffee and occasionally a scone or a bagel. I just have to say this place is well managed and the customer service is consistently great. That's why I keep coming back! Great job!!

Had the Croque Monsieur croissant toast. It was okay. Messy to eat and I don't like that. The order took a while (two sandwiches and a salad). The area where people wait for their order is small and crowded. It's by the only trash can I could find and the soda fountain. Not well laid out IMHO.
