I got the wrong order. I called the manager and she said bring it back to have a refund. Then she made me pay the difference for the right order and still messed up the new one. The manager is more about dancing, having fun than taking the issue seriously. Worst customer service!

Tuesday $1 slice day for pepperoni or sausage slices! $2 for cheesesteak slices. Don't just get one! Support your local business! Get 2 or more to share with family, friends or coworkers!!! You buy this week and hopefully they return the favor in the future weeks!!! TASTY!!!
I ordered at 4:44pm and it's now 5:35pm and no pizza. I called the store and my order won't be here until 6! This is the second time it's taken over an hour to have a pizza delivered. In the past I've always ordered before 5pm to avoid the dinner rush and it's been right on time with their estimated arrival time. I don't know if they have new management or what is going on, but the service is terrible now! Papa John's you've officially lost a customer.

Placed an online order waited the time it said it would be delivered and nothing so I called multiple times to just be hung up on so got something else to eat when coming back to hotel pizza arrived it’s already been over an hour! I don’t want the pizza just a refund maybe if they answer their phone and just gave an update it would of been fine. I don’t recommend this place!

Pizza is always hot and delicious. Stuffed crust is really really good. They follow instructions for DoorDash well, and ensure the pizza is ready when you need to get it.

Worst service if someone answers after being hung up on 3 time ( 2nd time ordering & last). It says on their door that they close at 9:00, yet the lady August 10th and guys working previously continuously tell me that they close at 8:00. I guess you guys hate money.
