This was some of the worst chicken I've ever eaten š!! The chicken was like trying to eat dried beef jerkie and what was supposed to be coleslaw taste spoiled!!! #new management #new cooks!!

Ordered a sandwich and a 12pc boneless wing through drive through. Had me pull ahead and they would bring out my food. Waited 10 minutes while other cars are going through drive through and getting their meals. 3 other cars ended up waiting with me. After a total of 20 mins I finally get my food. Chicken sandwich was warm. Not hot. And after I got back to my destination to eat, my boyfriend only got 6 boneless instead of 12. Will not be returning for service again.

Worst Popeyes I have ever been to.
I drive uber eats and doordash. I usually reject any orders from here. Because they are almost always delayed.
I just picked up an order that I had a 20 minute drive to pick up from here.
They had this order for 20 minutes and just started cooking the pies when I showed up making me wait another 10 minutes.
The laziest and slowest workers I have ever seen.

I normally like your food, however we ordered through the app and it took 45 minutes and we were in parking lot, and the chicken was cold and greasy and they forgot the rolls and dessert. Yes it's just food, but when you are poor ordering fast food is not something we do very often. It was a special occasion and we were all greatly disappointed. One again just food and no one died over a greasy chicken, but now will have to just not go there again.

It was a drive through order. The associate were so polite and nice. They had me waiting in my car by the window, which I appreciated it.

The only reason they got 4 stars is because when we ordered our meal, they told us they were out of biscuits. The biscuits are one of the main reasons to go there. The chicken was made fresh, so it was nice and hot, but I missed my biscuits.

My wife has been ordering food for there through the app, and every time that she goes for her food. The employees always tell her ā sorry thereās no more sandwiches or chicken, etc ā. She goes there for lunch and dinner. I think they donāt want to work, and do their job.
Popeyes has been closed two days in a row on āsaid beginning businessā hours 05/08/25 & 05/09/25. For at least an hr until after they were supposed to.
There was no note whatsoever to let customers know there would be a delay in opening, nothing on the door or drive thru. Customers canāt count on this business to be open when they say they will be especially if thereās no heads up. Itās unprofessional to make customers wait at the drive thru and think someone will be right with them and then no one does because of your automated question!
On 05/08- an employee came out after 25 minutes of waiting in line and was rude, no apologies what so ever for the delay of timing or anything. Itās unfortunate. She wouldnāt provide an explanation to why there was no warning put up. This is plain lazy! Grab a sheet of paper or even plain receipt paper and write something up quickly such as: āOpening at this timeā¦ā āClosed until (input time)ā. If the employees are this lazy on such a simple thing then why should customers be spending such an expense at your restaurant?
