Took my lunch break. To the nearest subway, of course, I have only a half hour for lunch. Stale wheat bread @11:00 am . Called to tell them about it, they said, bring it back. I said unfortunately, I can only get a 1/2 hour lunch break. I was waiting too long to get one sub made at 11am not busy in store. Can't afford to go back for remake with fresh bread !

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!. Went to this location on 12/7/24 at around 4:30pm. The place was empty so I figured service would be quick. I walked up the counter and the food prep area was extremely dirty, so that should have been a sign to leave right away. I ordered a cold cut combo and a meatball sub for take out. When I got home and opened the subs, the cold cut combo was only very old bologna and not the cold cut combo that I ordered. The cheese was also very dry. The sub was not edible and I had to throw it out. This is not the first time this has happened at this location but they are close by on my way home and I thought I would give them another chance. BIG MISTAKE.

I highly recommend ordering Subway food in person. That's especially true if you like your sandwich prepared in a special way. It's difficult to convey that in writing, so I always order in person.

Having said that, this store got my order exactly right. For about 30 years I have been ordering a grilled chicken sandwich with ranch dressing and jalapenos, in addition to the normal toppings. When Subway changed up their menu a couple years ago they also got rid of the original ranch, which tasted very similar to The Hidden Valley recipe. It was fantastic. The pepper ranch that they use now is okay, but not as tasty in my opinion, and it has more of that non-refrigerated bottle taste.

But the sandwich itself tasted very fresh. The bread was perfect, and all the toppings were delicious. The employees were friendly enough, and I typically don't have high expectations at fast food restaurants anyway. But typically, when you are as friendly as you can be, your service will be better

I will definitely plan on stopping here again.

My husband and I stopped for dinner and was treated rudely the girls was more worried about getting their pizza from next door. I asked about their new soup and was rudely told we’re out so there. Then asked for a receipt and told paper ran out. Never will I go back there again.

Placed a mobile order. They were out of the bread I wanted, so they decided to just pick for themselves. Gave me white bread. If they would have called or waited until I got there. I could of gave an alternative I would of liked. Tried calling the place for a refund and they never pick up the phone. It just rings until it tells me no one is available and hangs up the call on me.

My wife and I ordered food from this location. Our order was completely wrong. I went back to have it fixed, and after several attempts, I gave up, and left with whatever could be managed. The order was inedible. It was honestly the worst experience I've ever had with a chain restaurant.This location is poorly managed.I don't have high expectations from chains, and I don't like to complain because I had managed restraunts of various sorts for a good part of my younger adult life.This location needs serious work.We won't be back, and I'll be sure to let folks know to stay away.

The boys behind the register are to young to provide good customer service. Had me waiting 10 minutes to make my sandwich, I asked if he can make my sandwich as he was gossiping with his coworker and said he will be right there to make my sandwich than made me wait another 10 minutes as he was gossiping about how the manger stole from that particular subway and got fired and thats when I decided to take my business elsewhere. Stay away this is the second time I went into this subway and had an issue with the worker that look like young teenager.

The prices are ridiculous compared to other sandwich places, smaller size rolls, less meat and a half sub is about $8 where a whole sub was $5 for a long time. Decreased sizes and prices increased way beyond the norm for inflation.

Ordered a wrap and got almost no toppings at all, and missing some that I had ordered. Saddest wrap I have ever seen, had to search to even find any bacon on it!

Went in lastnight to pickup my order.The lady behind the counter was rude. Wouldn't give me my order until I proved to her it was mine. Then after the 3rd time says okay here but next time make sure you have your name on the order on your phone. My brother ordered it lady I had to step out and come in with his phone to finally prove it was ours.I was happy to get out of there.I personally won't be stepping back in there.
