Waited over 10mins for someone to help me. She looked extremely bothered that she had to come up to the counter to help and was slamming trays and lids. Ordered a spicy chicken sub and didn't even toast the bread or heat up the chicken. DO NOT go to this subway. I should have looked at the reviews 1st.

The person at the counter rang up the wrong sub, overcharged us by several dollars and refused to fix it. She said she knew she rang up the wrong one, but said that is how she does it. She also didn’t know how to make the sandwich, and didn’t know how to scan our qr code so we could get our rewards or use our giftcard. I would not recommend this place.

arrived at subway, can’t say about the food. the worker was apparently going to be on bread for 20 minutes. they should update their hours from 6:30-7 so people don’t actually believe they are open. only seating for two people

Ordered online for pick up an hour in advance since I got 2 dozen of cookies, and when I showed up they didn't even start it or have a manager on site to at least refund the cookies. Instead they made me wait a whole hour after saying it'd only be 15 minutes. There's like 5 other subways less than 5 minutes from here, go there instead

everytime i come to this specific subway there’s problems, their only worker is constantly on lunch with nobody covering the shift while they’re away, you’re lucky if you get the things you want on your sub too because normally they don’t have anything prepped smh

I swear they make their own hours whenever they want to work somebody works. the next day it's closed. they'll say it's closed at 9 p.m. the next day it's open till 11 p.m. then it's 10 p.m. it changes every single time im their. it's terrible. Please fix asap...

I went there yesterday Saturday June 12th, and they were closed due to shortage of staff, they're the only 1's that take ebt. I was not a happy camper
First they informed me that I had to have the cheese they picked for sub instead of one I wanted because it was subway rules? Eh' what? But then I couldn't get guacamole on a sub that is supposed to be made with guac and ranch? Why because no one pulled it and it was frozen!!! Not only is food service crap, ladies be prepared to climb around all the extra beer stacks to find the dirty disgusting bathrooms!
