This place wasn't so bad a few years back, but it's definitely gone down hill since. The food is typically cold or luke-warm, the workers tend to be unfriendly for the most part. There's a few nice ones, but it's not the majority for sure. They will forget to give you your whole order too, and on top of that, the place isn't exactly clean.

Would give less if possible, sat 20 minutes in a drive through and was the 3rd car when I got there. Need to either fix staffing or shut down, this is insane.

If I could give it zero stars, I would, the staff does not care about doing anything that they’re supposed to. I waited in the drive-through for 10 minutes before someone even took my order. Then we waited outside 20 minutes for them to bring us our food. they forgot all the sauces that I asked for and then when I went inside, they hadn’t served the entire lobby so I couldn’t even get sauces then

Order completely wrong. No help offered to correct it. Ordered three items and all wrong. Food cold. Bag wet. No napkins no sauce. Awful Awful waste of money. No wonder taco bell is garbage

Drive thru lady was cussing and being inappropriate for younger children to be around. Also she was very rude and disrespectful with no manner at all. Tell u what if I was a boss there and pulled up to place a order.. she would have been fired right there on the spot.

This location was awful. Some of the employees had no sense of urgency of preparing meals. I waited 40 minutes for a simple order. I saw lots of employees on their phones. This was at approx. 8pm

Are always out of stuff. Menu doesnt match the app. Most of the time you can’t even use the app to order ahead. Drive through takes over ten minutes even on a Tuesday……
