Very rude. Very very rude. Go to pay for our food all we have is cash and mostly 100$ is what it is. Basically yells how there’s signs we drove back around and there’s no a single sign that we see about no 100$ and it’s there “policy”

[time/date July 28th 2025 aprox. 7pm] Taco Bell and I have a special relationship. Whether i'm depressed or celebrating a win in life, Taco Bell is among my regular picks for dinner. However, of all the Taco Bell locations i've visited, this one consistently knocks it out of the park in terms of taco quality. Nobody thinks of taco bell as gourmet, but today I experienced a perfect taco, not once, not twice, but for all 3 of my tacos. Perfect distribution of meat, sauce, cheese, lettuce, onion and tomato, not one drop too much or too little. Whoever is on BoH today all deserve praise, because the job they consistently do on these tacos is always phenomenal and today I felt it wrong NOT to commend the Elmira Taco Bell for the best taco i ever had (other than ones from an authentic mexican food truck.)

The strawberry passion fruit agua refresca was perfect for a super hot day. It's like a really light lemonade. Good flavor but it's not overwhelming or too sugary. Plus the freeze dried strawberries on top was a cool touch.

Folded the burrito the wrong way (I had 5 bites of ONLY fiesta strips then none at all and didn’t get any meat until halfway down the burrito), nachos had a depressing amount of meat and a teaspoon of cheese, nacho fries were good but can’t really mess those up.
Wanted to try the chicken nuggets but it seems the employees had a different plan for me. I didn't look in the box until I had gotten home. Very disappointed

They messed up my order. I wanted a chicken cantina quesadilla, they gave me two dorito beef tacos and a cantina burrito. Then there was a hair in my burrito! Yuck!

First of all I placed a mobile order and told them my name and they told me it would be 30 minutes and then my bean burrito literally had five beans in it. None the less they forgot my three Baja blasts. On top of which they also forgot sauces and utensils for the food that required utensils. And the sauces were added on the app. I truly don’t understand how inept these people are. This woman marching around looking like she was cussing the employees out. She would also run away and say everything was in the bag when it clearly wasn’t had to drive around 3 times for my cold ass nasty food. Would not recommend and I hope you go out of business.
