If I could give 0 stars I would. I placed an order for CURBSIDE pick up at the Big Flats/Elmira location and got there a few minutes before pickup time, pulled into a NUMBERED space and tapped the “I’m Here” button on the app, typed in my space number and waited……for THIRTY MINUTES. No one brought my curbside order out, I called the number to let them know I was there, and no one answered.I went inside to find my order sitting there, with no employees around to speak to. My food was cold once I got it home, and I am extremely upset after spending close to $100, on cold food and horrible service. I will probably never go back, as this is not the first time I have had horrible “service” or actually, non service, at this restaurant

I did an order via DoorDash and the order was not what was ordered. A burger burnt to a crisp is not acceptable. And when onion rings are ordered there should be more than 4. So TGI Fridays you need to do better.

Went to celebrate a birthday at TGIF. The staff was nice, the place was clean, and the food was great. It wasn't packed at all when we went and the atmosphere was very chill. Would definitely come back if I'm ever in the area again.

Took over an hour to receive food. Steak was cooked wrong, practically raw. Staff were arguing in kitchen. Overall terrible experience.

We arrived at approximately 11:45 mid week. Service was quick and efficient. My cheeseburger was cooked properly. My husband indicated his ribs should have been served hotter but he elected not to send them back.Parking: Ample parking and wheelchair accessible.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Ron our waiter was AMAZING! Kept the bar going with drinks plus quickly and efficiently took care of all his tables in the bar area! Thanks Ron!

I ordered the Panko coated whiskey glazed sesame chicken Strips at $14.69 and what I got was a few pieces Smaller than nuggets! When I asked about them not being chicken Strips, the waitress said that “everyone complains about that. And that the chicken fingers are the same way!” What a rip off!!! As good as they taste, they’re so not worth the price!!!

I did door dash today I never received my order, so I call the restaurant and ask if my door dash person pick my food up or not because I always see complaint that they never do it mark it deliver. I was very kind on the phone because I know it’s not their problem. She came back said yes it did came so I said thank. So I ended up calling door dash was on the phone with them for awhile and got my refund back. So I went back on and reorder my food again and this time add another item because my husband was getting out of work. So I place it and have him pick it up this time. Well he came home with it the portion of chicken he got off the roulette plater was not worth it barley any chicken, my son did not get his fries and on top of it he got his Mac and cheese but he won’t try till we try thank goodness I did, IT DID NOT TASTE LIKE MAC AND CHEESE, IT TASTE LIKE STRAIT UP ALCOHOL THIS IS A 3yr old that’s about to eat it. If you can’t do your job all because I order again you shouldn’t be working you should NEVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THAT WITHOUT KNOWING IF ITS A CHILD OR NOT all because you wanna revenge on people!!!!!!!!we will never come back to this place ever or order anything

I will start off by saying TGI Fridays has taken a massive decline in quality since I was last here as a kid. Bad food that’s extremely overpriced especially the Alfredo which is just seasonless cheese water. Also worms in dirt is no longer an option for dessert which makes my experience even worse

First our waitress was great as she could be . Whiskey boneless wings sat with celery and blue cheese so long the wings were hard as a rock the blue cheese cooked so it had a thick film, celery was so steamed you could bend in half . Took us over an hour to get our food . Watched several DoorDash dash drivers walk out after waiting for more than 20 mins each . Staff was friendly, but poorly managed business. The 2 stars are only because of staff .
The food we ate was good. Hamburger and fries tasted delicious! However the entree prices are higher than I expected. The bathroom lights are way too dim. Very few guests in there which made plenty of room for comfortable seating and quick service.

Food is just as good as any other TGIF location and came out piping hot. Service was only okay. One of their new cocktails was pretty decent. Their prices are starting to get pretty high relative to what you get, though.

We wanted to try somewhere we haven’t been to since we were kids. We were disappointed in the food, they brought out the wrong meal, and then when the right one came out, the chicken was way to over cooked and dry. The cole-slaw was bitter and tasted old. But the waiter was sweet!!
