Terrible food and rude staff. Don't recommend. Went down hill fast with the new owner.

Spouse temporarily working up in the Elmira New York area so from Florida I come up and visit when time allows. Spouse familiar with this spot near the hospital suggested. What a delight! I have to say, if he hadn’t been aware of it, I would not have known it was here, not easily recognizable from the street nothing in front that easily stands out in the large Water Street building as for example, the morning tea spot down the street with their vibrant sign,front door flags, and greenery. But I do hope folks will come across my review and give this Place a try. The menu is deliciously unique and very nice portion size. I had a ham pear and brie cheese Panini and thoroughly enjoyed the accompaniment that was not a usual pile of chips instead fresh, grapes, carrots, and a nice lightly seasoned dip. Nice beverage selections as well. I have to say it was a toss between four sandwiches that I had difficulty choosing. I’m sure Everything here offered is as delicious as my selection was. Lovely staff as well and comfortable seating. Thank you for the enjoyable meal today and would certainly like to visit again.

Smoothie was good more like a juice But the strawberry turkey brie Was on point and a great not good sandwich Definitely will return to tht spot

Not sure what happened, are we under new ownership here? My daughter and I used to love visiting here for sandwiches and chocolate peanut butter smoothies. We stopped in today after a bike ride and were greeted with a completely different atmosphere. The store was empty in the middle of lunch hour, like ghost town empty, and the girl who came to take our order completely ignored me while doing so. Never asked what I wanted or if I had questions, just came and stood at the register literally still texting while typing my order in? We used the restroom to wash our hands while waiting for our $13 smoothies and it was FILTHY, like something you would see in horror movie. I refused to let my daughter drink her smoothie, we walked out the door and put them in the trash can and will never return. Not sure how the health dept hasn’t stepped in on this? Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely not. The 4.5 review sold me, but once I looked further, they were old reviews. The wilted and lettuce and squishy produce was enough for me to throw my meal away. The entire restaurant was absolutely filthy.

The turtle latte and food used to be great here, but recently a new lady started working there and nothing tastes the same anymore. Someone needs to teach her how to make the latte properly and the breakfast food as well. Tastes completely different and terrible compared to what the usual staff make. I often pass by now just to see if she’s on shift so I can avoid wasting my money

Lovely little lunch spot, like a old-school cafe but with offering a much broader menu. I wasn’t impressed with my burger but I’ve certainly had worse. The lemonade was excellent, and I’ll definitely be back to try some other menu items. If you’re vegan or vegetarian, this is a really great spot, but for carnivores I think the jury’s still out.
