Taylor, Taylor, Leann, and Ross are all exceptional and an absolute pleasure to see! If they have a food truck, nearly all of the food trucks they just here are top notch.My favorite part is how frequently the beers rotate. Nothing stays on tap forever but all the fan favorites eventually come back on the menu! Upstate is easily the best brewery in the entire Southern Tier.Tip: if you see some nice merchandise in your size, don’t delay and buy it ASAP because it will not stay in stock!

The initial review starting with “Upstate Brewing…” was initially a 1 star review. However, their reply to it and with the understanding that the food truck in question is a private entity I’ve updated the review to 3 stars. My opinion of the beer stands…but we all know taste, in every way, is subject. Thank you for the response USB.Upstate Brewing-nothing to write home about, but fair beer at ok pricing. The food truck tonight “The Cheese Bus”….terrible. Most menu item’s not available, and the Mac-cheese tasted like nothing, the pulled pork dry, and again, no flavor. The ONLY plus is that they had a bottle of Dinosaur BBQ sauce :)

Stopped at their Seneca Lake location on our way up to Niagara Falls. We got sandwiches at the food truck and some beer in the tasting room. It's very convenient to walk around town from there. The staff were very friendly! We love the finger lakes and are looking forward to coming back.

This is the kind of photo these road-trippers need to skip the hassle of trying to reach the establishment by phone to define precicesly what BringFido means by "dog-friendly." We can sit outside on a patio almost anywhere. That's not what we're looking for. So trip after trip, we find ourselves scouring the uploaded photos in Google to see even just ONE INTERIOR with a dog in it so we can semi-confidently GPS to the place and barrel in with our two bounding boys. ? ?But here at Upstate Brewing, the kick-back-and-relax begins with a visit to their website. THANK YOU for making that articulately clear in the FAQ's. ? And then we found beers on tap to our liking, which isn't necessarily easy in our case. We enjoyed great tasting darker beers that warranted a second round. On another note, we stopped at the Heidi Ho food truck on the way in.? The folks were so kind, it almost didn't matter how the food was. But, OMG. Delish.

In town to visit family. Stopped in to check this out. Friendly service, casual atmosphere. Cream ale was excellent, Oktoberfest very good. Took a 4 pack of cream ale to go. Definitely give this place a try.
Great beer, especially the hazys, nice vibe and friendly staff. One of our favorites in the FLX area. Good food is also a plus.

We visited Watkins Glen for the weekend. We were very happy that it's a 5 minute walk from are rental. This place is awesome! Great beers! Awesome atmosphere! Hailey was the bartender and she was very friendly and she really does a great job pouring beers and good conversations. We definitely recommend stopping by for some really good beers!

Was in from Illinois and stopped in to try some beer. Great atmosphere, friendly staff, great beer. Didn't get a chance to take a pic of beer but they had bags for entertainment.

Was visiting Horseheads and driving through the neighborhood where my mom grew up. I saw this place on the Lake Road. Stopped in and got cans of Pilsner and cream ale to bring back to DC. Great staff, and we enjoyed the beers!
