I ordered a medium pizza and hot wings the wings were great but the pizza was cold called complain said they weren't gonna do a thing about it then were way off by delivery time told half hr and waited over an hour and 30 mins told me my pizza wasn't cold and was very rude and hung up very unprofessional will not be going back

First time coming to Elmira New York. We had no idea the food was so delicious here. We stopped in to this cute little mom and pop shop pizza place and everything looked so good that we couldn't choose just one thing. The owner treated us like family and made these out of owners feel like they were home. The mozerrela sticks were the best we've ever had, thick, ooey gooey cheese, perfectly crispy and fresh delicious dipping sauce. We couldn't decide if we liked the garlic, sausage, or Supreme pizza better. Just get them all! The hot wings and BBQ wings were 💣! We feel like we made a lifelong friend and new favorite spot to bring the family. The owner you can tell truly loves the people that come in and puts love into his food as well.

Called for a delivery order and told me it would take an hour and a half which I was okay with. 2.5 hours go by so I call to check on my delivery and they claimed they called multiple times but must’ve had a wrong number even after I confirmed with the man who took my order. They also asked the delivery address since they weren’t sure on that and to top it off said the credit card I paid with was wrong. I spoke with a female manager who claimed she didn’t even want to take my call since they were so busy. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. I’ve ordered from Vincenzo’s multiple times previously and this was the customer service provided. Absolutely ridiculous. Get better management or a better system.

Quality of food is ok. Ordered an hour ahead, only 2 medium pizzas. When arrived they said they made the wrong one and were making the correct one now. I asked if I could have the wrong one as well and they said yes. Then when the right one was ready they said they changed their minds and wanted the wrong one. Pretty shallow service for making a client wait for their mistake.
You can't beat $7 for 2 slices of pizza and a small drink.

I almost passed it by and went to the national sub chain where I know what I’ll get. So glad I changed my mind! I ordered a single slice and a roast beef hoagie. Everything was spectacular, but the hoagie really took top bill for me! It was perfectly dressed, perfectly warm and toasted, and I seriously wondered if Jesus himself had baked the bread that day! It was THAT good! I’ll definitely come back just for that! Staff was very friendly and welcoming also! Great Job!

Me and my mom ordered a half cheese and half pepperoni pizza. It didn't get delivered until a hour and a half after. I placed the order! Then I call and ask for a new pizza because after that hour and a half of waiting I received a cold pizza my mom has no teeth and cold pizza not so yummy. They told us a new pizza will be delivered with in a hour but once again way longer than a hour

Over priced extremely mid pizza.... their subs were good though, and reasonably priced. Also, gentleman on the phone was extremely short and rude when ordering an order for pick up. I will not be back.

I travel a lot for work and found this place close by. Chose to give it a try and I’m glad I did. Probably one of the best slices (pepperoni) I’ve ever had!! Customer service was friendly but the slices were so good, I will definitely be back even on my personal time (2 hour drive) ?
