No one is wearing gloves , the girl touching all the money and is also touching all the pizza never once's washed her hands. Food is great just not sanitary. Screamed at my daughter for taking food into the restaurant that wasn't theirs. My daughter is under 16 yrs old so

I ordered a medium pizza and hot wings the wings were great but the pizza was cold called complain said they weren't gonna do a thing about it then were way off by delivery time told half hr and waited over an hour and 30 mins told me my pizza wasn't cold and was very rude and hung up very unprofessional will not be going back

First time coming to Elmira New York. We had no idea the food was so delicious here. We stopped in to this cute little mom and pop shop pizza place and everything looked so good that we couldn't choose just one thing. The owner treated us like family and made these out of owners feel like they were home. The mozerrela sticks were the best we've ever had, thick, ooey gooey cheese, perfectly crispy and fresh delicious dipping sauce. We couldn't decide if we liked the garlic, sausage, or Supreme pizza better. Just get them all! The hot wings and BBQ wings were 💣! We feel like we made a lifelong friend and new favorite spot to bring the family. The owner you can tell truly loves the people that come in and puts love into his food as well.

Called for a delivery order and told me it would take an hour and a half which I was okay with. 2.5 hours go by so I call to check on my delivery and they claimed they called multiple times but must’ve had a wrong number even after I confirmed with the man who took my order. They also asked the delivery address since they weren’t sure on that and to top it off said the credit card I paid with was wrong. I spoke with a female manager who claimed she didn’t even want to take my call since they were so busy. Very inconsiderate, unprofessional, and incompetent. I’ve ordered from Vincenzo’s multiple times previously and this was the customer service provided. Absolutely ridiculous. Get better management or a better system.

Quality of food is ok. Ordered an hour ahead, only 2 medium pizzas. When arrived they said they made the wrong one and were making the correct one now. I asked if I could have the wrong one as well and they said yes. Then when the right one was ready they said they changed their minds and wanted the wrong one. Pretty shallow service for making a client wait for their mistake.
