Got home (5 mins away) to realize my frosties were completely melted and maybe half full. The rest of my order foodwise was fine. But no straws no napkins. Just wanted a frosty. Got shorted and server chocolate milk.
Standard Wendy’s but wow did it take a while - we sat in the line for a longer time than if I had called something in to a real restaurant

They are trying, I wish they would slow down the fries, they are barely warm when the burgers are done.
Wendy's is usually the best fast food as far as customer service and getting the order correct goes. Not this one. Skip this Wendy's location it is the worst by far.
