Another place where they don't let you go to the toilet to wash your hands! The staff uses t he toilet, but they don't let customers wash their hands! How can you sell food and not let customers wash their hands??? This is simply disrespectful to the people who come to this establishment! The authorities should control such establishments where infections and unsanitary conditions spread!!!

Unfortunately I can't give zero star. I promise myself I wouldn't come back here, my last visit was in 2008. Since it's been that long, I decided to give them another chance, it was one of the most horrible experience I ever encountered at a Dunkin. My order was wrong, food was cold and sloppy, the tea tasted like toilet water and they also charge me for a sandwich I did not order. Clearly the customers ahead of me was experiencing the same type of service. It seems like this specific Dunkin does not respect the community which it serves. Please hire more competent employees that care about their customers. SHAME ON YOU DUNKIN!!!
i give people chances and understand that mistakes does happen but this location drops the ball every time. Every takeout order that I get never has any straws included, my food orders are never complete. It's ridiculous because they don't answer the phone and this is a constant issue. I can't keep spending additional funds through Grubhub and Ubereats for incomplete orders and there's only so many times that they'll process refunds even though you're not in the wrong. I won't be ordering from this location again.
