Another place where they don't let you go to the toilet to wash your hands! The staff uses t he toilet, but they don't let customers wash their hands! How can you sell food and not let customers wash their hands??? This is simply disrespectful to the people who come to this establishment! The authorities should control such establishments where infections and unsanitary conditions spread!!!

Unfortunately I can't give zero star. I promise myself I wouldn't come back here, my last visit was in 2008. Since it's been that long, I decided to give them another chance, it was one of the most horrible experience I ever encountered at a Dunkin. My order was wrong, food was cold and sloppy, the tea tasted like toilet water and they also charge me for a sandwich I did not order. Clearly the customers ahead of me was experiencing the same type of service. It seems like this specific Dunkin does not respect the community which it serves. Please hire more competent employees that care about their customers. SHAME ON YOU DUNKIN!!!

i give people chances and understand that mistakes does happen but this location drops the ball every time. Every takeout order that I get never has any straws included, my food orders are never complete. It's ridiculous because they don't answer the phone and this is a constant issue. I can't keep spending additional funds through Grubhub and Ubereats for incomplete orders and there's only so many times that they'll process refunds even though you're not in the wrong. I won't be ordering from this location again.

I went here this morning and got an ice latte with Caramel and when I tasted it was nasty. And this isn’t the first time. Every time I come here they always mess up my order. Whoever is training these people needs to train them properly and learn how to treat a customer.

This is not the first time they have messed up my order but I do like to give the benefit of the doubt and not cause a scene. Today I asked for a sausage egg and cheese on a bagel and a hash brown the first time they give me the wrong sandwich which was a croissant then I left and came back and the second time they gave me no hash brown. Their staff looks at you like you are stupid and it honestly happens way too often, it is actually getting sad they need to train their workers if this constantly keeps happening.

i wouldn’t recommend going to this dunkin’ donuts this evening a man there tried to scam me out of 66 dollars by making me tap my card two times for a cake that costed $32.99. they did not give me what i paid and said i did not pay for the cake when i got the notification that i did and the transaction was there because i only had $4.22 left on that card after he made me tap it the second time he tried to say that i only paid $4.22. These people prey on younger children and try to scam them out their money. and this is the guy

They do not know how to make drinks and those ladies do not listen. You have the so called manager who suppose to know how to make drinks hand you a see through supposedly strawberry refresher and talking in their foreign language because they fail to understand what you simply ASKED FOR.

There's no need to follow such deceptive practice to put older foods behind more fresh foods, only to have to oddly reach awkwardly back behind fresh foods to sell to customers workers think are not worthy of best choice foods.
