While up there visiting family I went here. After the gym my sister wanted Ackee and saltfish. She wasn’t sure if they were open but they were-it was around 10:45 am on a Saturday. Listen I never ate here but def will be going back when I come back up. Their food is better than the Yardies on elmont rd. They jokingly say online “If the lady serving food at the Jamaican spot doesn’t have an attitude, then the food is no good”… a shame but so many people feel it’s true. We as a Caribbean people often get entirely too comfortable serving our own with a nonchalant carelessness.
