I had a disappointing experience. I placed my food order clearly, but the employee misunderstood what I said. Instead of politely asking me to repeat myself or clarifying my order, they started laughing and mocking me. I found it disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers should be treated with courtesy, even when there's a misunderstanding. I hope the staff receive better customer service training so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
Great Jerk Chicken spot they sell chicken in various amount 1/4, 1/2, 3/4, & full chicken. However, if you are not a regular you would not know that. So you may inquire as to how they sell the chicken. Normally that would be a non-issue. But in stereotypical Jamaican fashion as a proud Jamaican myself the lady who answered the phone makes you feel like you asking dumb questions.
