The staff working the counter this evening did not put the lid on properly leading to a spill while at the counter. She forced me to to pay for it again because she had to remake it. Though it because the lid wasn't on properly, I was tired to argue hence the need for caffeine. I've never had this inconsideration for a error on their part.
Very friendly staff there early in the morning. They seemed to know all the costumers coming in and greeted everyone. The tables were clean and organized. Had a nice family feel to it. Bathroom was a little messy but you can primarily blame those who use it, not the staff
Love this location. Always quiet after a certain hour. Doughnuts are fresh and coffee is super.
