Walked in and got my food I asked for sauce they said is it my personal order. I continued and said yes. $45 in food and gave me one sauce. Asked for more sauce gave me one more single sauce. Got home biscuits were burnt and chicken wasn’t even what I ordered.

Well I gave 5 star to the srvice. The food was hot, I had to wait but I didn't mind. The lady told me the wait time wich I appreciated and she was courteous too. I asked for an extra sauce and she delivered with a smile which I liked. It's rare to find a popeyes with a great customer service. The only thing I didn't like is the neighborhood since it's not my area and no drive-thru

Too many homeless hangout in there and the workers don’t speak good english so there is a language barrier between them and customers. Thank god for the kiosk but still need assistance and the wait time for the food is ridiculous.

I ordered a family meal,10 piece of chicken, 2 large fries and 5 biscuits. The casher said their no biscuit if I want a side instead. Yes fries. She give me a small fries. I told her about it nicely i though they would give a large one.how's a small fries equivalent to 5 biscuits when I told her she had more attitude like she was losing. Ridiculous

I always enjoy Popeyes chicken. It's bursting with flavor, and it's served fresh and hot. The store is clean and tidy. They have kiosks inside the store that you can pay, or you can use the tellers at the front. There is constant traffic in and out of the store. Great location also.

Put 5 star so ya can see this- Ordered delivery, it took 1 and a half hour to come, mind you I live like 10 minutes away+ called the store multiple times and they never picked up. Employees should be changed.
The place over all had a bad vibe, it took way too long and multiple tries to get the staffs’ attention and the order took way longer than needed having the screen saying that it wasn’t still in progress and never switched to the done side and still took forever for it to get to the counter after that. And the bathroom was nasty as-well as the women’s bathroom being not available making me use the men’s bathroom.
