Bug alert! My husband ordered a cake and when he went to the bakery to pick up the order, there was a bug stuck to the inside of the glass. Looked as if it were there for a while. He asked for a refund and will obviously not return.

AVOID! As a lifelong local until 2022, it pains me to write a a bad review on a local business. But this place absolutely sucks. How is nothing ever fresh from this place? The last three items I have had from here or severely lacking in freshness. Last night was the icing on the cake. Strawberry shortcake was absolutely nasty and the strawberries were brown inside. The cake also fell apart as we cut it. Next time, I'm going to the pastry chef in Tarrytown without hesitation.

I really should have known better when I walked in and the bakery was completely empty and just one worker in back that came out when I walked in. I purchased a cake, fruit tart, and two other things today for my husband birthday. What an embarrassment: The cake was beyond disgusting and super dry. We couldn't even bare to eat a second bite. I picked a vanilla butterscotch cake with sprinkles on the outside. By far, this has been the most disgusting cake I've ever had in my life. The outside was decorated really pretty but when you slice it and look at the inside, it looks like a child baked it in a kiddy oven. And the taste, uhhh. What the hell!? Gluten free or something. Oh, and the fruit tart, the fruits were not fresh. The inside litteraly looks like it been sitting in their fridge for display for weeks. Honestly, the health department needs to close that place down. What are they trying to do, send someone to the hospital? I threw everything in the trash.

I got a chocolate cake with vanilla inside and a custard when I Say this was the most DISGUSTING cake I’ve ever had in my life … and the cheesecake slice was even worse dry stale taste 2 months old omg please save your yourself the embarrassment DONT BUT nothing from here … a Sam’s cake or a grocery store cake taste better then this

I order cupcakes with black icing They exaggerated on the food coloring They tasted super bitter like coffee with no sugar so you can have an idead And my guests got black lips and gum for the rest of the night. They only took one bite And the rest went to the garbage. Never buying from here ever again

Me and my boyfriend love this place :) it’s always really nice! Their pastries are so good, some of the best I’ve had! And I’ve had a lot, bakeries are some of my favorite places to go. This one though is definitely on the top of my list.

This bakery is very unprofessional and rude.I ordered a cake and cupcakes for my friend’s birthday. When it came time to pick it up the woman tried to shove the cake in a box without showing me. I see that there is no writing on the cake even though I went over what I want about 100x. So I had to wait another 20 minutes for it to be written. Then the cupcakes were also iced incorrectly. I made it as simple as possible and there was no apology, no sympathy, and overall lack of care for the vision I wanted. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you want something done properly.
