When you ask for a HOT Caramel Latté and it’s not hot and the reply is she just made it from the window guy. I try it and it’s NOT HOT This USED to be my always go to. They changed people and it’s not good anymore. Guess they have enough business. I didn’t bother to even get a refund they are terrible.

That branch of dunkin donut , at Elmsford, is a mess. I stopped by yo pick up my order, when I got home Irealize that I didn't receive the full order that I paid for. When I called the store, the guy was so unprofessional and asking me to drive back if I need my refund, although I reminded him that I used my card for the purchase.It seems like they make it a habit of missing out items. It is a long way to have to drive back to the store when I am already home after a having a long night, at work. Now, they have my money and the items that I paid for.

One of the worst Dunkin location I’ve ever been too. The service is really bad. The manager gave an attitude because I wanted my ice latte in a certain way and the don’t make it that way. The avocado toast was hard and tasted like the bread was very old not fresh. Very much disappointed with the food and the services. Please drive little more and look for another location!

Store was a little busy so had a little wait but in all service was great.
I kept trying to give this spot a chance but time after time things just kept getting worse and worse and about 2 days ago I've had enough. There have been times where the coffee somehow taste watered down, sandwiches that I would order would be burnt and yes I come during the early hours of the morning but coming early doesn't make it ok for bad customer service. I. Say fire them all and hire people who care. To the staff here... I say boo thumbs down do better. Act like you care.

Dunkin at 92 W. Main St is a horrible place to work!!! Absolutely the worst. They are unprofessional, and it starts with the Manager!!! The staff do the best they have with what they have. Long hours no breaks, especially if you are working alone. NO support from the manager or store manager. It's like Highschool all over again with adults, especially the store Manager and overall manager!! Working here, as a supplemental position, was the worst experience I have ever had. NEVER AGAIN.. However, the customer were outstanding. @dunkin
Ordered a cappuccino via DoorDash, I received a blended cup of ice and milk. Called them to inform them and placed another order. When new order arrived they didn’t even fill my cup up all the way. Very passive aggressive. It is sad you cannot lead with example and admit to mistakes that happen, this why I called to inform of mistake. Instead you get passive aggressive people that hate themselves and their job. Sad.

Worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to. Always a 30 minute wait for 1 small drink, even when I’m the ONLY customer in the drive thru. Sometimes they can’t even get the order right on that either, or even know how to MAKE the drink I ordered. Terrible, never coming back to this location.
