This is a poorly run, dirty Dunkin Donuts with terrible coffee and food. They also allow customers to cut the line and they serve them as though nothing is wrong.

I was in and out, my reason for 3 stars is employees are not allowed to take tips at this particular location!I think that is not fair to them since they deal with the public and there should be a tip cup for a customer's to leave or not leave a tip!

I haven't had an issue with this location until now. Be mindful that they have terrible customer service. I came in to purchase only three gift cards and got greeted with a distasteful attitude. It seemed like the employee, Camila, didn't want to work there and straight up rolled her eyes at me. Aside from her slamming the gift cards into the machine and shouting at me to insert my card, she continued to rolled her eyes with a sigh--when I asked if I can have an envelop for the gift cards. There was no line behind me and I was the only customer in the place. I treated her with respect and was EXTREMELY patient with her. To have an employee treat customers like that is disgusting and I would hate to have anyone else get treated the same way. Be aware of the employees you come across.

,a decent dd in elmsford to grab a few donuts or a semi hot bagel with veggie cream cheese or whatever else in the donut section is available . some seating is to be found if you are staying for a while to use the wifi. the place looks clean and the ladies behind the counter move fast so i dont have to wait much for my hot chocolate and toasted blueberry muffin. if you want the typical uneventful dd experience then this dd in elmsford should be just what you are looking for.
