Truthfully if I could give one star I would. I order a hot chocolateā¦Dunkinās hot chocolate is naturally creamy and sweet, thatās how it always comes out and how itās properly made. Today Iāve never been more disappointed in my life, I ordered from here, and I opened the top to my drink, whoever gave me my drink and made it for me, made me CHOCOLATE water. I am in pure disgust. I paid 5 dollars for this and whoever is working decides to make disgustingly watered down hot chocolate. How is something like that okay??????? Itās undrinkable, it looks terrible, it tastes horrible. I donāt even know how something like this could be made or how itās made. If this is how your hot chocolate is, please do not sell it anymore, because I canāt believe something like this could be sold and paid for. My hot chocolate was disgusting and had to throw the whole thing out because whoever made it, decided to give me water and a scoop of hot chocolate. management needs to fix this issue asap, because thisā¦absolutely not okay. I will not be going back to this Dunkin in any sense. Horrible.

Coffee was great! But the service horrible I canāt even ask for anything at the employee specially the manager because she is the rudest on from all! This has nothing to do with what language they speak Like others have commented in there reviews its about how you treat customers.

This may literally be the worst Dunkin I have ever stepped in in my life. Itās been three times Iāve been in the store and all three times something is very off. I do not believe they speak English here and the one person that I actually spoke to today Just stared at me with the blankest look you could ever give someone. The first time I went to this location, my English muffin was stale, and after telling the āSupervisorā she just said thatās how English muffins taste and then didnāt even check the other English muffins to see if they were expired or old. Today my donut tasted almost raw! Had to spit it out in disgust. Definitely not coming back. Sadly itās the closest Dunkin to my workplace , but there is another one a couple miles further down I will give a shot.
Out side of the place smells horrible, no wonder the kitchen. Donāt order Uber or any online delivery on this store, donāt follow other and they even laugh at me when I called.

Horrible these girls there are nasty and rude. I asked a question she just blew me off. Horrible service and attitudes that can win medals.
When I visit a Dunkin Donut store, I only expect my coffee to be made the way I asked for it. But this location couldnāt even do that, first the employee was not even presentable, her t-shirt was dirty and stains all over, she was yawning while she was taking care of me. My ice coffee had more cream than coffee, when I told her that she gave the face and not even apologized. Worst experience ever. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
